When you choose AI chat
Chat messages are sent through this website’s server to an AI model provided by ModelScope (Alibaba Group) only after you check the AI consent box and press Send to AI. This is not a local-only text generator. No third-party customer-service widget is used.
The server does not persist unsubmitted conversations. Your browser keeps the active conversation and chat-window state in this tab’s sessionStorage so the chat stays open as you move between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab, and the conversation is dropped from it after you submit a request. Contact details are never kept there. Processing, retention and other handling by ModelScope are governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Do not send clinical details, medical records, scans or passport information. There is no upload feature. Put an email address or WhatsApp number only in the separate request form; those contact fields are not included in AI requests.
When you submit a request
After separate contact consent, pressing Submit sends your chosen contact method, the planning fields you review, any conversation you choose to attach, a request identifier and a short campaign or referral source code. A brief interest or practical need is enough; other planning fields are optional. The source uses only utm_source, utm_campaign or ref codes, with direct as the default; other URL content is not used as a source.
Only submitted requests are saved: contact details, planning information and any attached conversation are kept for 30 days. A responsible person can use them to assess your needs and contact you. A notification is then sent to the responsible person through DingTalk, as described below. The result distinguishes saved requests from owner notification: sent, pending or not configured. A successful save does not guarantee a reply.
AI suggestions are editable and do not establish clinical suitability or the availability of any service. A fee discussion preference is not agreement to a quote. Failed or unconfirmed submissions keep the entries on the current page so you can retry the same request.
The site does not use cookies, localStorage, advertising pixels or analytics scripts; sessionStorage holds only the chat described above. Form entries and chat are not added to the URL. Reloading or leaving may lose unsaved entries, though browser restore features can retain page state.
Who processes your data
- Hosting: the website runs on a DigitalOcean server in New York, United States. Pages, chat messages and requests pass through it, and submitted requests are stored on it. This site keeps no log of the pages visitors view; the hosting provider may process network data such as IP addresses under its own policies.
- AI chat: only after you tick the AI consent box, your chat messages are sent from the server to ModelScope (Alibaba Group) to generate a reply. Email addresses and phone numbers are blocked from chat and never sent to the model.
- Request notifications: when you submit a request, a notification with your chosen contact method and a summary of the planning details you confirmed is sent to the responsible person through DingTalk (Alibaba Group), processed in mainland China. The chat conversation itself is not included in the notification. A copy remains in the responsible person’s DingTalk chat under DingTalk’s own handling.
- Retention: submitted requests are kept on the server for 30 days and then deleted. A daily backup on the same server, readable only by the administrator, may keep a copy for up to 7 more days.
There are no external fonts, maps, remote images, advertising trackers or customer-service components in these pages. WhatsApp and TikTok appear only as ordinary links: nothing from those services is embedded or loaded, and the pages run no third-party scripts. If you follow such a link, or contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, you leave this site and that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
See or delete your request
You can email fengju917@gmail.com to ask to see, correct or delete a request you submitted. Include the reference shown after you submitted, or the email address or WhatsApp number you used, so the request can be found. Deletion covers the saved request on the server; a backup copy expires on its own within 7 days.
What using this site means
AI reception and guides offer general non-clinical planning information and can make mistakes. They do not diagnose, recommend treatment, verify hospitals or confirm appointments. For a possible emergency, seek urgent local medical help; do not wait for this site.
The project has no clinic partnerships, confirmed prices or appointment service. A responsible person needs to check possible resources before contacting you. A quote may later be emailed, but no specific price, response time or quote date is promised. Chatting or submitting does not create an appointment, purchase, service agreement or payment obligation.
